Terms & Conditions
The competition is open to X-Club members only, (also referred to as Policyholders (motor only), Registered Brokers and their staff who deal with Cross Country). Employees and immediate relatives of employees of Cross Country and the X-Club may not participate or enter this competition. In order to be eligible for the competition, X-Club members must reside within the Republic of South Africa. The prize includes: Return economy class tickets for two to Durban, transfers from Durban Airport to Port St. Johns, accommodation for 3 nights at Cremorne Estate, Breakfast daily, 2 days on the boat with lunch. Excludes: Dinner, drinks and any other activities on offer at the lodge. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. The X-Club reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar monetary value. The X-Club reserves the right to amend, modify or change these rules at any time during the competition. Any prize not taken up for any reason will be forfeited in its entirety. Entries for the competition open on 19 March 2009 and close on 4 May 2009. The winner will be notified on 5 May 2009. The prize must be taken from the 4 – 7th June 2009. Winners grant permission to the X-Club for the use of their names and photographs in any advertising and promotional material. If required, as a result of changes in legislation, the X-Club shall have the right to terminate this competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the X-Club, its brokers and promoters. All participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules. Cross Country Insurance Consultants and the X-Club shall not be liable in the event of death, personal injury, loss or damage whatsoever, liabilities, or disappointment incurred or suffered by the prize winner/s as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. The X-Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
